Hey guys, I'm a new member from Irvine, California. About a year ago I purchased my first home in Lake Arrowhead, Calif. (A small lake community in the mountains above Los Angeles). I immediately placed the home on Airbnb and have enjoyed never having to pay my mortgage! After my success on Airbnb, I started calling around on Craigslist and began managing properties for others, too. I am now looking forward to house hacking a duplex in my hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma. I also am very eager to learn more about the BRRRR strategy. I discovered Bigger Pockets on the long drive from California to Oklahoma, and look forward to meeting some of you and learning from you! Thanks for the welcome! Jonathan

Most likely you will get a flat no. That is, if you have a realtor who is willing to put in the work to throw the offer their way. On my home purchase, my real estate agent left me because I was making too many offers close to the 65%-75% value range.
