Inspectors have general corrective actions like the one they gave you on the report. I would agree with Michael that there might be a major item here. The inspector put that comment on the report to get the liability off of him and to have a professional to look at it. If you post pictures it would be easy to tell if it is a major or minor item.

Found BiggerPockets through the podcasts and have listen to all of them. Currently looking into the local market of Richmond for flips and rental properties. I have been in construction for years and enjoy BiggerPockets for the topics on financing the deals and the overall transparency.
