Hey guys. What are some great marketing strategies tips for someone like me with a full time job that works 60 hours a week with limited time?

Usually I’m working 12 hours a day so when I get home I have no time to cold call or drive for deals to get my further with wholesaling/real estate.

What are some things you guys can recommend for me?

Thank you in advance.

@Will Barnard

Just want to ask what is the best way to find leads after you’ve done research and learned enough. You

Have any suggestions to finding off market properties? since it’s seem like buying a list wouldn’t work.

Hey guys I want to know which one is better to do when it comes to (Double closing vs assignment contract)..

Should I use both of them differently when it comes to the price of how much I’m making on my fee?

Should I only use double closing so this way the cash buyer and seller don’t know exactly what I am making so it doesn’t make things difficult?

Should I use a assignment contract when my fee is lower than ex: ($5,000) which is a low fee so seller and cash buyer won’t go crazy with what I’m making?

Let me know what you think? Thank you !

Do you need insurance to protect you from getting sued or anything in wholesaling?

So they say know your market and I’m finding trouble understanding my market in this huge state of New Jersey.

Anyone familiar with this state and is it a great market for wholesaling or real estate in general ?
