Hey, My name is Jonathan Rivera & I’m from NJ. Im currently a semi truck driver, I’m 32 years old & I want to connect with investors who invest remotely or even here if it makes sense . I know that NJ is pretty expensive & isn’t landlord friendly for the most part . My goal here is to able to come up with game plan, learn & implement information that is given..

Any thoughts on what I will need to invest remotely. What resources i will need in my corner to be able to invest remotely? My plan is to find discounted properties & do the BRRR strategy & potentially have section 8 tenants.

How do you go about picking a market to wholesale real estate in? I live in NJ & this market seems to be saturated for wholesaling. Any recommendations or advice ?

Hi guys,

I need some recommendations on what systems to use to get started in wholesaling. I have decent knowledge but need additional input.

I work 12 hours a day so my timing is limited except weekends. What are some systems/programs I must use in order to succeed in this business?

Ex: Best place to pull list? Do I hire a Virtual assistant?Skip trade companies and whatever else you think I may need..

Thank you in advance

I want to make sure I am using a great system to help me generate leads for my wholesaling business?

@CJ M.

It’s illegal if you requested to be taking off the DNC list and people are still contacting you. As long as you use the correct platform witch follows regulations and is in order with compliance you are good..

@Sue K.

Yeah sorry to hear that about the passing of your mother.. I’m just a wholesale investor trying to find a lucrative way to market to sellers.(vacant properties preferably)...

This is a wholesaling category we are in so I’m not sure if your here to tell us not to wholesale but that’s what it seems like a bit. I hope you understand we all investors that are trying to service people and make their life easier. That’s all.
