Anyone use Airboosts or other listing optimization companies? Any good results from these companies? Any recommendations?

Thanks!

I could get rid of 2 cable bills for one streaming service!

Just curious at this point what you offer your guests? Cable TV, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc...

I'm thinking about getting rid of cable and getting the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN subscription. I can get it for 4 screens and use it in 2 different units.

Have you heard of Locast? $5 / month for all local channels? Anyone habe luck with that?

Thanks!

@Kerry Baird. Thanks again! Really appreciate it!

Got an agent or company you recommend?

Thanks!

How do you handle this with a rental? Do you require your tenant to be responsible? If you do, how do you enforce it? If you don't have them be responsible and hire out, how much can a landlord expect to pay? If you DIY, what do you use?

(I just had a tenant move out and it is infested with roaches! It was in her lease to take care of it and I did inspections, but didn't see any signs.)

@Jon Crosby. I'm trying to decide if I should use Evolve. Am I missing something? Doesn't airbnb charge owners 9%? If Evolve charges 10%, It seems worth it esp, if they offer variable pricing service. Last I heard VRBO was 8%.

Another question: Do we need to use Evolve's variable pricing service, in other words is it mandatory or can we set our own pricing with seasonal rates? THANKS!

@Jon Crosby Thanks. Makes sense. I do know that VRBO charges more than 3% booking fee to customers who book. I have a summer place that rents for 3200/week and they charge them over $350 booking fee!!!!

@Jon Crosby

Question: If Evolve gets 10%, does the fee for the other sites get taken out of the 10%? I'm wondering how airbnb gets their cut of the action.
