Hello, I am new to REI but I am dedicated to pulling the trigger. I currently own my house free and clear. I will be using my equity and a heloc to flip and sell. My goal is to do 5 a year to start and retain one each year as a rental.

I have a good contractor, attorney, accountant, etc. but I still need to find a good buyers agent. I am looking to invest in Pueblo and Colorado Springs. Any help with this would be much appreciated!

These people came pretty highly recommended to me by someone who works exclusively in rental properties. 

I would consider allowing the tenant to paint the walls how they want.
