Does anyone have any feed back on a few things they are curently doing to generate more leads? I am new to investing and would like to know a few ways to market to sellers. Hi everyone i am new to the real estate business and would like to learn everything i can about investing. I am at the edge of purchasing a 2,000$ course but i am reading alot about how a mentor is the best way to go. Does anyone know how to find these mentors that are willing to teach such a person like myself that is just getting started into real estate?. Also i am from (North New Jersey) if anyone on here is around my same area please let me know i am in desperate need to get started and don't know if i should just buy the course.
