@Scott M. San Diego. It came to my awareness while reading the book House Hacking Strategy chapter 3. 

I am adding another bedroom aprobably with a bathroom hoping to convert my house from a 3/2 to a 4/3. I couldn't find it online the maximum of tenants I can legally have in a 4 bedroom SFH. Any inputs?
