What ADU companies are reliable and reasonable? Has anyone heard or worked with MULTITASKR? Thanks

I am pushing for my ADU project and reason why I am going with this company called Multitaskr is because of their in house financing.

I am renting out my 3 bedrooms separately as soon as I vacate this house. What home insurance company would anyone recommend for such rental property?

@Peter Amador very interesting question. Unfortunately I cannot answer them for I am also thinking of doing a garage conversion this January. May I ask which contractor or company you went with? I have spoken to three companies already. Thank you
