hey guys! so i was driving 4 dollars and I came across a boarded up house that is listed as owner occupied (obviously its not) I used propstream found its under and estate and I am assuming the owner on record died recently. How do I find a number of the person running the estate???? Thanks!!!

Hey there!
If there are any wholesalers in the bay area. What is the sq.footage price for rehabs. I am really having trouble figuring out the rehab costs. :/
Thanks!

Hey guys,

So I am trying to figure out whats the best RVM software out there. I really like REIrail for the fact that when they call me I know exactly who they are and which property it is instantly. I do not like how expensive it is. 3 cents a drop seems pricey and that's when you buy a lot. I was also looking into drop cowboy but I do not like how impersonal it is in comparison. What are your experiences??

thanks,

hey guys,
So i am a new whole saler. I nearly have a contract signed up but the owner has terrible tenants that they are having trouble evicting. Does that ruin a deal? I'll obviously need a discount but are there still buyers out there willing to deal with terrible tenants with all of this craziness with coronavirus and evictions? What have been your experiences thank you!

Hey guys,

I am trying to start wholesaling I have very little money so I am mainly driving 4 dollars. What are the best neighborhoods for fix and flippers in the bay area?

thanks,

@Lydia R. @Mike Imbriglio @Trent Stone thanks for all of you responding. I might put this as a different question, but is there a way you guys choose neighborhoods for driving 4 dollars? look at areas with a lot of cash buyers?

Thank you guys!

Thank you! this was very enlightening I appreciate it!

Hey guys,

I am a new wholesaler and I am trying to see if there is a point to drive 4 dollars now a days because there are so many vacancy lists. Why not just use those instead of driving around looking for vacant abandoned properties?

thanks,

Jonah Korchin

Hey there,

I recently signed up for Propstream and I am curious what people think about its skip tracing service. If not what is the best one out there?
