Still cash buyers interested in properties with bad tenants?

Question

hey guys,So i am a new whole saler. I nearly have a contract signed up but the owner has terrible tenants that they are having trouble evicting. Does that ruin a deal? I'll obviously need a discount but are there still buyers out there willing to deal with terrible tenants with all of this craziness with coronavirus and evictions? What have been your experiences thank you!

Nobody has any experience with the likes of the current situation, everything is just a best guess. Truth is in this uncharted territory your guess is as good as anyone else’s. As for buying a property where tenants need to be evicted, we’ll.....the real problem is that the tenants can do very, very expensive damage while they’re there, and currently no evictions are taking place. The owner may want to think about paying the tenants to leave.
