Hi Chirs.  I noticed your post and see that you currently live west of Albertville.    I just finished a flip in Albertville, I'm putting it on the market this week.  I'm fairly new (only have one rental property) but I'd be happy to connect if you're interested.

There is a meetup that meets in Monticello of Real Estate professionals, it might be a good place to start.
