Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing well! I been trying to look for a commercial lender, but is currently having a hard time. I have excellent salaries, great credit score and great DTI, I was pre approved for more then the seeking amount of the commercial property. What can I do to overcome this? Does anyone have any suggestions others then hard money lenders?? ?

Yes correct I am looking to form an llc for passive investing. For California the annual fees is too high, and also if I use an llc in California I would need to file taxes two times so there’s a double accounting fees. I appreciate everyone’s input.
