Good evening, I was interested in acquiring a hard money loan/ or private funding for flips. I have a long background in the construction industry as well as being a building inspector. I have been on the physical aspect of flips with family members, and friends, but never the funding aspect. So I'm a newbie when it comes to securing the funds to start. And i know in the past the people i worked with went through conventional loans or house hacked. So can someone help guide me to where i can procure this type of funding. Obviously google brings up all kinds of sites, but id feel better using a place that someone has had positive feedback about! If it helps im in the western suburbs of chicago. Thank you in advance!

Good evening everyone. I was curious if anyone had any experience in buying a home to flip from a sheriff sale or auction? If so, what were the positive/negatives of the experience? How did you fund it? Was the process similar to a regular flip? My brother and i were looking at these sites, and impressed at how cheap some of the homes sold for. So we were wondering if anyone had any advice on the topic! Thank you!
