Sheriff Sale/ Auction
Good evening everyone.
I was curious if anyone had any experience in buying a home to flip from a sheriff sale or auction? If so,
what were the positive/negatives of the experience?
How did you fund it?
Was the process similar to a regular flip?
My brother and i were looking at these sites, and impressed at how cheap some of the homes sold for. So we were wondering if anyone had any advice on the topic!
