Hello all!

We love this site and have found a ton of valuable information on here. Without providing any legal advice, does anybody know if an LLC/LLP (in theory) can become a private money/hard money lender to those doing house flipping? We have a group of folks who are planning to pool money together and form an LLC or LLP which will invest in real estate and were curious if this is an option for us. Thanks for the help!

-John

Hello all! We are not seeking legal advice here but in theory, could an LLC or LLP with several partners become a private money/hard money lender to REIs in need of capital? Thanks for any insight! -John

Experience

I am a certified Crime Free Multi-Housing program trainer and have three (3) years of experience working with Property Managers and Owners of rental properties large to small.

Real Estate Goals

I am seeking opportunities, part-time, to enter the Property Management/Real Estate field in order to gain valuable experience so I may begin a second career to build upon after my retirement from police work.

Currently Seeking

Not to be overly cliche or boastful, I am an exceptionally honest, motivated, savvy, smart, modest, cultured, and professional person who can engage in conversation and business with folks from all walks of life. Using these skills I have honed throughout my lifetime,
