Hello BiggerPockets Community!

I'm brand new to BiggerPockets and Real Estate Investing. I am currently in the process of obtaining my real estate license in Maryland. I've been reading books and articles on the web, listening to the BP podcasts, and watching YouTube videos for awhile now but I need to start getting some hands on learning. 

I am 20 years old and have been in the restaurant business for 2 years now. I'm looking for financial freedom, a career, and an all around better life from real estate investing. I'm eager to learn as much as possible so if anybody has any suggestions on the best way to get started that would be great.
