Anyone else have issues joining the webinars? Evertime I try it just clocks saying waiting for the Organizer and never connects.

@Joseph Agins sorry...not sure, I didnt ask when I had my first call with them. They are offering a no closing cost or appraisal fee through the end of the month. 80% LTV with interest only payments on the draw period.

I plan to call around some more but I crossed a lot of local banks off the list calling when I finally was told to call them by another banker.

@Shane Cummings I spoke to BBVA Compass today. They are still taking HELOC applications. I am meeting with my local branch next week.

Plan to get a HELOC for down payment on my (future) first deal. Are small local banks or large banks a better option?
