Ok cool so i have some people willing to come. I am going to srart figuring out details.  Would anyone like co organizer eith me since this is the first event that I'm organizing it would be nice to have someone else to bounce ideas off of if not I'll still get it done and keep all of you posted.

@josh p thanks for the advice and the inspiration. That's just about how I figured it would happen start with one or two attendees the let the wlrd spread. I also thought of meet up but figured I would try this first.

Okay so far everyone who answered this thread I will put on the list. After we get a few more attendees I will organize something. Thanks spread the word tell your friends your family everyone who you know might be interested or is involved in real estate.

Wow both of those kitchens are beautiful although I like the darker floor better.
