@Tony Robinson

Congratulations, that is awesome! You’re my neighbor, would love to grab coffee once the everything goes back to “normal”. Thank you for sharing and breaking down your deal to easily digest.

Do you mind sharing the breakdown of your mortgage/rehab, PM, CapEx, and any other costs & how much you will profit from this?

@Kendall Short SO Awesome! Congrats on pulling the trigger and taking massive ACTION! I am looking into investing on my first rental in Kansas City as well. Could I ask you how did you calculate your rehab cost, was it per square footage price or did you calculate based on knowledge of each item costs? Also, all the lessons you mentioned you learned. Could you share the lessons, what mistakes, challenges, and what you would have done better If you started over? Thank you for sharing!

Hello everyone! Our design & development team is looking for more contractors to work with due to the volume of SFR projects we have. Does anybody know if it’s possible to get a list of contacts to new licensed General Contractors so I can reach out to? Thanks in advance!

Shella Sanders that's so awesome!! Thanks for sharing your story and glad to hear it worked out for everyone. You should feel very proud that you helped this man and his family out. You did what it took to make the deal work and your persistence paid off. Persistence is the attitude you should always adopt. Good for you!

James Wachob thanks for the tips. Having a super team and how important it is to building wealth has definitely been set in stone to me. That is the goal and I am looking to building a team with boots on the ground for Memphis.

Thanks Jeff Schneider appreciate your response. I'm looking at Memphis, Cleveland, Atlanta markets so it would be me flying out and learning the market David Faulkner thanks for the input. A person can learn lessons from experiences or not. I see you're in OC market and I would love to learn and exchange some values with you. Let me know when I can get you coffee or lunch!
