Welcome to BP Eli, My name is Johnny and I live here in Tennessee. I am new to this site as well as investing in real estate. Your name should be easy for me to remember since my son has the same name. The pod casts and the guide areas have a ton of information for newbies and is a great place to start learning.

Welcome to BP Adam! And soon a welcome to Tennessee too! I have lived in middle Tennessee for majority of my life. Briefly I lived in Missouri and Mississippi too. I live north of Nashville in Hendersonville. The schools here are great and the housing market has been booming. I see more and more for sale signs everyday. I am new to BP as well and new to investing. I am a paramedic for my full time job and hope to start out with flipping and move into but and hold as the market changes. My wife and I are looking to make our first purchase of a flip after Christmas. There are a lot of areas in and around Nashville that are great to live, and are booming for investors. There is a wealth of good information in the guides and pod casts check those out, I am reading the "Ultimate Beginners Guide to Investing" now and it has a lot of great information. Good luck with the move and with your investing!

Hi and welcome to BP! My name is Johnny, and I am new as well! My wife and I are looking to build some but and hold properties over time, as well as flip as opportunities arise. I stumbled on this site looking for more reliable information on REI, and fell into a wealth of knowledge. Good luck!

Wow. Thanks guys. I wondered how many from my area would actually be on here. I appreciate the welcome! I haven't looked through the pod casts just yet I'm still learning my way around the site and finding all the resources available, like books and the like. This amazing and I am really excited to learn, and get going on my first deal. Good luck to you all!

Hi everyone glad to be a member!

My name is Johnny and my wife and I are looking to get into real estate investing. We specifically are looking to wholesale, flip, and eventually start building a rental portfolio.

My wife's grandfather is helping guide us some, since he has a large rental and investing business that has done well over the years. I came upon this website while researching for information on loans and investing, and figured that the more information I can learn the better.

I currently work as a paramedic for a large busy 911 system and my wife is a nurse. I grew up in a residential construction family and started out my adult working career as a carpenter and worked for more than ten years in construction, commercial and residential, before getting into the medical field. I have always dreamed of moving into the business and investing side of real estate, and now with a wife, two children, and a lot of building and construction know how, it's time to start building our dream.

As I have said we have some guidance in our journey and certainly welcome any and all help we can get to make our journey in this industry the best it can be. We look forward to talking and learning and hopefully sharing some knowledge too!
