Hello, I've tried the Obituaries, Facebook and some other sources.  From what I understand, squatters where living in the house and moved out.  The previous squatters are renting the house to someone else and collecting the rent.  I'm thinking maybe I should hire a skip-tracing company because the neighbors stated owner had one son. Apparently, he had alcohol and drug addiction issues but the neighbors haven't seen him for a number of years. This is were I'm at..

Hi, found a property in Chicago with a huge upside potential with no mortgage.   Owners has been dead for 10 years and I'm trying to find the next of kin.  Can anyone recommend a company that offers this particular service? Thanks in advance.  John

Buyer beware!

Google the website and you will see the 100's of complaints including their title company they own and use which is in Atlanta Georgia.  They make blanket statements stating their seller has no knowledge of any defects.

This is difficult to believe since there are preservation companies, real estate agents, city inspectors or others who have visited these properties and prepared reports.

Obviously, the seller therefore does have knowledge of this condition despite Hubzu's blanket statement that sellers have no knowledge of property conditions.
