@Alyssa Dinson you can search here for posts relevant  to the city you are interested in and also attend meetups and use Facebook groups but be cautious in vetting:)

Christian if you do a search For Evolve on this forum you can see reviews and experiences of others.. Maybe best to use a local property management company which values you a lot:)

@Jorge Vazquez It is really good if you want to scale up quickly as you do pay a heavy price when you buy back the equity but it is good to pay back within 3 years

Savan cool well it is good to start and when it is the first deal it is wiser to be cautious and not over extend one self on the payment and rehab costs. You already did the rental comps of the neighborhood using Zillow Redfin etc?.
