Thanks for the welcome @Jody Schnurrenberger. I did upgrade to pro before the price change. I read a few posts mentioning a discount code that helped out also. I haven't checked out the webinars yet, but I listened to a webinar-turned podcasts couple weeks ago.

Thanks @Bill Larsen, I heard that was an issue and not may agents would want to work with investors. I've also heard that quite a few agents don't invest themselves and have a different mindset. 

Hi @Garrett Vita, I've been to the inland empire real estate club once last year. Unfortunately, work has always prevented me from attending since then. I feel like there's a lot of great learning and networking to be had there. Do you attend regularly?

          I'm John from Riverside, CA. I'm looking to get started in buy and hold investing with SFRs. I've been reading books, browsing the forums, and listening to the podcasts. There's still so much I don't know. I haven't done any deals yet but am working to get my ducks in a row. I heard on the podcasts that working with a investor friendly real estate agent can be very helpful so if anyone had any thoughts on the matter, I'd greatly appreciate any recommendations.
