Does anyone have any recommendations for a VA? Specifically to make facebook and instagram content. I see a lot of the experienced syndicators and large brands that have custom pics posted every day. Thanks for any help!!

@Evan Polaski Thank you! I appreciate the info you provided.

Hello,

What are some different methods to PASSIVELY invest in apartments if I do not have a huge amount of cash? Can somebody explain some options with HELOC, credit cards, or a personal loan?

Yes, I know credit cards are not ideal. Yes I know a bank will not loan me money to invest in an apartment if thats what I told them I was using it for. If I can find a low rate on a personal loan or credit card and earn 10%+ percent on an investment, then I will take that spread. How would somebody use a credit card to invest when the only way to get cash would be from a cash advance and those rates are sky high?

Please do not share your thoughts on if this is bad idea and please just try and help with the actual question. I would appreciate it, thanks!!!

@Raymond Hooks I am not a syndicated yet unfortunately lol i did go to something called a fire summit in Texas at think multifamily. It was a great event and the people were nice.

@Hadar Orkibi I have seen @Brian Briscoe make many slightly rude or arrogant remarks in these forums. I wouldnt worry too much about him. lol Real estate is a relationship business so hopefully it comes back to bite him :)

She deleted her account?? Seems like she is doing well lol

@Account Closed if you are on the bigger pockets forum asking these questions, trust me you are not ready for this lol

Ya let me just show up to their corporate office and say hey can i ask you 5 questions lol

@Caleb Heimsoth Yes!! How original!!! When I get the opportunity to meet one of these guys I will ask them hey whats your net worth now? lmao How is that relevant? I am trying to learn and build a relationship.

@Patricia Steiner Thats from your own personal experience well fine but not everyone is like that. Still didnt really answer my question at all lol

Thanks for the great advice guys, but i guess thats what i get for asking in the forums lmao

@Erik Hatch Nice! Im sure many people would delete the email. But thats not the point. I would like to build a relationship first and contacting them through email would be the only way to get a hold of people. Also, I dont think my first email should suggest a lunch or meetup, that seems way too fast. Wouldnt really be respecting their time much.
