Brendan, Thank you for your reply! I also am looking to work and build relationships here on BP. When I stated I was looking for cash buyers I was specifically referring to finding cash buyers to buy properties. Have you worked with other investors or individuals who have purchased properties with cash only? Hopefully this gives you better clarification. If it doesn't I am willing to explain further

I am currently looking to invest into my local area which is Akron Ohio but I am having some trouble currently finding THOROUGH real estate agents who have a lot of experience with cash buyers! Is anyone aware of anyone to recommend? Even if the agent isn't stationed in Akron but is familiar with this market it would help a great deal! Please bigger pocket family help! Thank you

@Brian Pulaski Sorry for the late response but they charge a one time fee of $1147 to become a student. They provide a 3 day training and then provide you with their resources to make quick flips. Not only is it their private investors that will cover up to a $1,000,000 but it's also lists of cash buyers to contact to buy your properties once you find them. Hopefully this makes sense and answers your question? Please give me your thoughts on this! It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Jay Hinrichs Sorry for the late response! But yes very sketchy to say the least! But I have done my due diligence in checking online their authenticity, as of now it seems to check out. Just wanted to know if anyone was familiar with them at all

I recently joined a organization as a student called "snap-flip" after attending a real estate conference in my area. They provide financial literacy through classes as well as reoccurring support for customers/students. But They seemed to specialize in providing funding through private investors which states they will take 1.65% of every profit on each investment. They also provide a list of cash buyers and other resources to make the quickest "flip" possible. They provide this for students ONLY. I am bringing this to BP forum bc I am fairly new to this real estate world but I wanted to know has anyone else joined? Does anyone here from BP have a history with them? Are they legit as they say? Or have I been involved in a scam? PLEASE HELP! Thank you

Justin Frye The property is a inheritance that I am attempting to rehab and rent it out. The banks haven given me a hard time due to stating they don't do loans for investment properties

I am currently in the process of attempting to rehab a inherited property, and my goal is to find a bank whom will provide a loan to do so. I have been hitting brick walls as of late because I haven't found any banks that will offer loans on investment properties so I have decided to ask the BP community for your help! Please help! John
