thank you Caleb!  I just read your list of goals on your home page and I am right there with you!  I just listened to the BP Podcast featuring Linda McKissack and it was noted that many real estate agents are NOT versed in the investor side of the business.  My focus is on duplexes, have yet make my first offer, and I plan to house hack my first purchase but I would really like to work with an agent who understands what I am trying to build.   I will look into BiggerPocket investor meetup in the Orlando area, and also real estate association meetings  and chamber of commerce meetings.  Thanks.
