Hi all, I have been investigating properties in the Columbus Ohio area for out of state investing. I have a fantastic agent that is sourcing deals and focuses on investors. I am looking to line up my core four and welcome any recommendations for management companies.

Pulled the trigger on the pro account. So stoked. Looking to meet others in my area (Wilmington NC) and the extended BP community.
