Hi all, I have been investigating properties in the Columbus Ohio area for out of state investing. I have a fantastic agent that is sourcing deals and focuses on investors. I am looking to line up my core four and welcome any recommendations for management companies.

 Hey John, that is good that you found a really good agent. He should be able to help you find the rest of your core-4. Ask him for lender recommendations, good contractors, and property managers that he recommends. He should email introduce you to them. 

Off-market deals in Columbus will best your best friend. This will either make or break your investing experience.
