Currently renovating a rental property so missed this one. I’ll keep my eyes peeled for next month.

The first lesson you need to learn from this discussion is the sooner you jump into REI the sooner you will start to grow financially. Education and financial literacy are very important, but we all take a gamble when we buy our first property. Just remember, there are plenty of people on here and elsewhere who have been down this road and are willing to help you.

Mark Faustrum That is exactly what I do. Cozy.co provides an efficient service at the point of sale (rent). It can also be used after this for several things like maintenance requests from the tenant to keep you informed of what’s going on inside the unit. But it mainly performs a background/credit check on my top applicant(s) before I send them a lease agreement.
