Hey All,

I'm JD. Totally new to BP and Real Estate. I'm in the Lancaster, PA area and am just in the initial information gathering phase. Starting off with some BP Podcast episodes, the UBG and some books (Crushing It, BRRRR, Rich Dad Poor Dad, etc.). I'm a psychologist by trade. My goal is to learn about Real Estate (most likely rental properties) and go slow and steady to get to the point of getting my first rental property. Feel free to point me in the right direction :D
