@Frank Chin thanks for responding. I always find deals around and been working on finding others like you to invest in fixer uppers. The biggest problem is that some partners want more of the profits off the flip when it shouldn't be like that don't matter what. I always give the investors the bigger part of it because it's there money not mine. I had to walk away from some of my partners in this case because of greed.

To me in real estate is about doing great business and great partnership with others. I get tired of people talking about how how much money I can make if I do my business this way or that way. In my eyes the money will come but I always get a 50/50 split when it comes to business on deals. Why do some people think they should have more of the money when both parties are doing the same amount of work?

@Jacob Batton I've been going but most are real estate agents or flippers. I'm hoping to find someone there but it's more difficult than I thought

How do I find find investors to invest in fixer uppers where I can do all the heavy lifting on managing the renovation? I do wholesale and have done a few flips with my money.

So far in my state I live in (Missouri) lots of people like have duplexes or a 4 plexiglas. What do think  about those as rental property's? Good or Bad?
