I have been reading quite a bit of books, from marketing, finance to business. Most recent was Rich Dad Poor Dad. Great book!

Does anyone have any recommendations for business building books, investing books, cash flow books? Anything that can help with business and real estate investing.

Please shoot any ideas my way!

So I recently read the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" wow was that a great book.

Anyway I have always wanted to be a real estate investor. I had to go back to work as a Project Manager because my girlfriend and family did not support me in anyway possible going down the route of an investor.

I really want to save to buy rental properties to generate solid cash flow and build my assets.

Does anyone have advice on where or how to get started? How much down do I need and how to get enough money to put as a down payment.

My company Modern Home Concepts is doing a nonprofit fundraiser to build a children playground and facility. There has been many burgleries so we plan to make it secure as well.

Please check out the link and spread the word!

My company will be doing the labor for free, and the materials will be provided for us.

I have read ideas of bandit signs, yellow letters, just about everything you can do to get into wholesaling.

I just would like to know the best way to start, preferably the cheapest because I do not have much money to work with at this point on marketing.

Any advice on how to get that first deal, how to start strong and make it happen.

I am a man on a mission.

My friend and I are starting a renovation company and then going to do real estate investing/flipping.

We both have full time jobs, I am a Project Manager and he is an MEP (mechanical, engineering, plumbing).

We both have the drive to run a company and do not like having a boss over our shoulders and answering to someone at all times.

A mentor would be a great first step in helping us on the road to success.

Any advice/help from anyone about anything would be more than great!

Look forward to any advice yall can give!

My name is John Miller, currently I am a Project Manager a nationwide drywall and framing company. I have been in the construction industry for about 3 years now.

My friend and I are starting a business called Modern Home Concepts LLC. We have recently got the LLC and business license and are continuing to go go go.

If anyone can share some advice, mentoring anything would be more than great.

I would really like to shadow someone or even APM a project to really see how it all works in real time.

Please contact me with any questions you may have. Thanks

My friend and I are starting a business for house flipping. We both have been in the construction industry for about 3 years now so we have more knowledge than just a rookie coming into this.

We are putting together a business plan in the next week or so to get everything down and have it all together.

Our plan is to start small with renovations in homes to build capital then once we can gain more knowledge and experience we will go full on buying houses, flipping them and selling them. We do not want to half *** anything, our plan is to be very detailed and make the houses stand out from all the others.

Any advice for us getting this going would be great,
