Hi @Frank Patalano to answer your question I’m currently trying to raise capital to fund my first deal out of state. Also not sure what market I will be buying seeing that my market is out of my reach right now. I currently live in the Santa Cruz Ca.

Hey everyone, I’m new to the real estate game. I’ve been reading and listening to a lot of podcasts lately, trying to learn as much as I can in order to make my first deal. I discovered this site though podcast and now hoping this will help me on my journey. What are the basic to making my first deal in a MFH? What make a good/profitable deal?
