Hey everyone! I got approved for a great deal on a conventional loan. I'm on the hunt now. Before I pull the trigger should I get an LLC and apply for the loan under that? I will be living in part of the multifamily property. Does that matter? One LLC or one for each property I end up with? Any info on this is appreciated. I'm going to search old posts for insight now.

I'm just starting out. I have some money and feel armed with enough knowledge to jump into my first deal.  I only recently started looking at other markets as I have been practicing analyzing deals.  Is it a good idea to stick close to home for your first rental?

I appreciate everyones input!  Thanks.

Hey everyone!  I'm new to this and recently started learning to analyze properties.  I'm running into quite a few duplex properties that seem like only one half is for sale.  Is this common?
