LLC Questions for newbie

Joe Dingee
Posted

Hey everyone! I got approved for a great deal on a conventional loan. I'm on the hunt now. Before I pull the trigger should I get an LLC and apply for the loan under that? I will be living in part of the multifamily property. Does that matter? One LLC or one for each property I end up with? Any info on this is appreciated. I'm going to search old posts for insight now.

You won't be able to get loan under the LLC when you are living in the property.
