@Josh Green is AMAZING! Not only will he find you exactly what you are looking for, but has experience and is currently invested in the area! He knows the ins and outs of everything, and I can't say enough good things about him. Will be able to connect you with everything you need throughout the process as well.

Hello. I recently purchased my first investment property, a duplex, and am eventually planning on buying more when the time is right. We live in one side of our duplex in Plant City, FL, and I am wanting to ask if there are any local meet ups for investors in the Plant City, Tampa, St. Pete, etc. areas? I would be very interested in just getting to meet some investors that are quite a bit more seasoned than me and have experience and advice for what is to come and what they have gone through. I thought there was a link on here to find meet ups but I can't find it.

I am searching into the Plant City, FL area and actually going down to see a place this week. My wife and I will be moving to the Tampa area this upcoming summer. I am curious if anyone on here has experience investing in the Plant City area? We love that it has a "country vibe" with a more rural feel, but also has the potential for a population boom in the coming years with improvements coming to the town. Also want to be sure that it is a town that is safe for families and younger couples since we would be house hacking and having tenants living beside us. Does anyone here have experience with this? I appreciate the help!

Trying to narrow down options within the St.Pete area for Multifamily properties. I am new to real estate and am wanting to get a good understanding of the market in the area in order to figure out what I should be aiming for to get in return per month. Are there any multifamily investors in the St. Pete area that can tell me what their aim is for monthly revenue? I will be house hacking for the first year, but just want to narrow down my numbers to find the "good deals".

Hello, I am wanting to begin real-estate investing in the St. Pete area and have a few questions that I would like to know more about if anyone is willing to help out. I am new to real-estate investing and want to purchase my first property by the end of this Summer. I am searching into multi-family properties, moving into one unit and renting out the others, then eventually moving out and renting out all units. From your experiences, is there any advice you could give on location within St. Petersburg and the surrounding areas, if this market is in a good spot to jump in, or if it might be better off to wait or go into single-family home investments? Also, are there certain areas I should be searching deeper into within the St. Pete area that tend to be more positive as far as multi-family properties? Would love the insight on how I should get started in this search or if I should go a whole different route from someone who has experience in this line. Also, would love to talk with any of you separately to gain more insight on the area as well as my thoughts.
