@Nicole Heasley Update on HomePath. I have made 2 more offers one at 90% and one at 95% list. Today I was told no again do to the current list price being 95% of appraised value. How ever if I wait until January 18th they will reduce again. Once again the government doesn’t make any sense. Their realtor told me,I am the only one who has looked at the duplex let alone make an offer since it went on the market. Time to move on and look for other deals.

@Nicole Heasley update on dealing with Home Path. So I made an 80% offer on the property to close in 10 days. Paying cash with only wanting an inspection in case there is asbestos and/or foundation issues. They countered with full list price.🤔I guess I was wrong on them accepting lower offers. 🤷‍♂️Either way I'll be leaving some of my money in the house after the BRRRR. But at full price it's close to $30,000. I can buy another house less than that. 😩

Hi, everyone! This is my first post and first attempt at a rental purchase. As Brandon says “ we have decided to stop watching the videos and get off the couch!” My question is has anyone dealt with Home Path? We are making a 80% offer on their asking price. What’s the likelihood they accept with no other offers in the last 100 days? Any advice on what to look out for when dealing with Home Path would also be appreciated. Thanks

Joey
