P.J. Bremner BTW, yes, I was trying to tag and thank you earlier, do not know I missed you. Thanks again, really appreciate. One more question, I vaguely recall when I last time did a HELOC on my primary home 15 years ago, they ask what I need the money for. I recall the standard answer was remodeling the home. However, this time I am actually going to use as down payment for another home, for a place I will live in for 3-5 years then convert to rental. Will this be OK with the bank? And, is there a up limit on the loan other than 70-80% of equity? I ask, because I have one rental has quite high amount equity.

Eric G. Manolo D. Eric G. Thank you so much for sharing. Eric G. Did the driver by appraisal cost you any money? I do not mind have lower LTV as I have quite high equity and do not need too much money. I do want lowest upfront and on going cost since I am not sure if I need it or not ( considering buying one more at San Jose, but there is not much deal around).
