Thanks for the info @Steve Huston.  I ordered those books today @Paul Timmins.   I will attend those meetings.  Sounds like good solid advice.  I live in Abington I would like the info for the meeting in Rockland.

Thanks @Steve Huston I will be looking for a plumber, landscaper, pool service and electrician in the Franklin area.  I would appreciate any recommendations!

Hi everybody,  I just bought my first house.  It is in Franklin Ma.  I am going to flip the house.  i am going to move in and live there for one year.  The reason for living there for one year is it gives me time to do the remodel my self while I am living there and I am going to get into a lower tax bracket for having lived there for a year.  Wish me luck!  This is a little overwhelming!
