Hi guys!

As a relatively new investor I am looking for new ways to find great off market deals. So I have a few questions that I would be interested in hearing as many different answers as possible too.

1) What sort of stuff are people doing to first of all attract motivated sellers?

2)What sort of problems have people had when finding and closing off market deals?

3) How did you over come these problems?

I’m looking to speak with other wholesalers in MA. I work on mainly the south shore and cape cod but would love to connect with as many wholesalers as possible in the state.

Also I am not sure if there are any groups or forums for wholesalers in MA, either on here or else where. If there are could someone point me in the right direction. If not would somebody be interested in starting one?
