@Jeff HamiltonThanks for your interest. I manage our NorthEast investor seminars and workshops. I'm working on securing an event in Springfield as per my post. The event would be held at the Hilton. I will like to do a 3 time slots for example 10am-11:30pm, 1-2:30pm, and 6-7:30pm. We'd have the room for an entire day so it would be up to us how to structure, but basically I do a presentation on how to purchase properties at the live Foreclosure sales, I even touch on how to buy REOs on our online platform and then I have a hard money lender such as yourself come in to discuss ways to fund the property, and we open up for Q&A. 

The event space is $300 for the day and we'd ask that our vendor pay that expense. In exchange we will market the event as an Auction.com event that's being sponsored by (whoever that sponsor is). The room holds up to 25-30 people, with 3 sessions that's a good bit of traffic we can potentially get. We don't charge participants to come to the event, but because space is limited they must RSVP in advance.
