I have a seller that is interested in selling 4 multi unit properties. The seller would like to sell all of them at once. 3 of them are 2 units on the southside. East of the expressway between 80th and 87th. The 4th is a 6 unit in the pullman neighborhood. Does the location and type of property interest any investors out there? They are all currently being rented out. These are not vacant properties.

@Luis Dedios Welcome to the site! it is an amazing resource. If there is ever anything I can do for you let me know.

@Lucas S.   I hope it wont either. In Chicago crossing one street can be a big deal. I have heard a few appraisers complaining about the extra work they might have to do with no extra pay. But I don't know if that is how the majority feel about the subject. We shall see.

Daniel Raposo congrats! I love reading posts like this! Continued success in 2015!
I just read this article http://turnersappraisals.com/fannie-mae-to-pick-lowest-risk-comparables-for-appraisers/ Seems like at the end of January appraisers will have to jump through some extra hoops to deal with this new software that Fannie Mae has created. It gives its own suggestions on what properties should be used as comps. Thoughts on how this will impact investors?
