I am currently renting in Grandview and looking to purchase a house for myself in Gahanna and would like to purchase a rental property in Gahanna shortly thereafter. I really like what the area has to offer and the school district. I am looking for any sort of advice in investing in this area and whether anyone has experience there. I’ve also found it difficult to figure out rental rates for SFRs in Gahanna.

I would second Michael Hamby I joined COREE (Central Ohio Real Estate Entrepreneurs) last month. So far, I’ve had a good experience with both education and networking. The first meeting is free and the leaders are pretty adamant about giving your money back if you are unsatisfied with anything you sign up for. I’d recommend joining.
