Looking for suggestions for HVAC in North Atlanta. 

Looking to replace 14 seer unit for rental property. 

Any new places to get scratch and dent kitchen appliances?

Is Brandsmart still the way to go?  Need gas range, over counter microwave and dishwasher. Prop in Metro Atlanta.

Where did you get the 3 ton 14 seer unit etc? How do you find an independent operator or do you have one to recommend?

Upstairs AC not working.  Have been told furnace circuit board needs to be replaced $700

but 2 AC Rheem units are 23 years old so HVAC suggested replacing both units.

Not sure if I should try the $700 fix or go for the 2 new units.

Has anyone priced 2 ton 14 seer units recently? 

It's for a rental SFH 2800 sq ft. in Alpharetta.

Also looking for HVAC to get quotes for purchase and install.

Thanks for the suggestions.  Was hoping for a reasonable company that also installs.  F&D installers came and measured but their install prices are higher than installers have quoted.  Some recommendations came out and measured but never gave quotes.  Tenant had someone said all his friends were using. Gave me the quote.  They only measured downstairs and were pushing laminate. Did get single recommendation off of next-door.  Seems everyone is super busy.  May delay til August when school is back.  

Never thought of painting steps.  Good idea.

Anyone know if in Atlanta better to buy at flooring stores in Norcross or HD or F&D?

What decent lvp under $2.50 are you using?  Anyone doing carpet on steps? Some installers and flooring cos are suggesting that.

Need to replace carpet.  Going with LVP or LVP on main, carpet on steps and upstairs bedrooms.  

What LVP and installer are you using for SFH rental in N. Atlanta?
