All three.  Are you interested in this particular property?

Here is an opportunity for a quick flip in a great neighborhood!!  This home is in good condition and could be sold quickly on the market with minimal work.

@Adrian Smude It sure is, and it's always a good time!  It's good to know that the city is putting effort to grow.  Being between two very fast growing markets I'm sure it will continue to progress.

How is the Plant City market?  Last time I checked it seemed to be growing nicely.

@Abraham Rahmanizadehthank you for welcoming me!  That is great to hear!  It helps to have family help out in a market that you can't be in yourself.  That is a great way to expand into unfamiliar territory where you normally would have to take a greater risk working with new relationships.  I have been watching the webinars and listening to the podcasts for a couple of months and they are extremely helpful.  I'm just starting to get familiar with the forums.

I saw in your profile that you are also interested in the Tampa market.  I may be able to help you with information regarding Tampa since I lived there most of my life.  Feel free to reach out to me.
