Here is an opportunity for a quick flip in a great neighborhood!!  This home is in good condition and could be sold quickly on the market with minimal work. 

3/2 - Large LOT 8300 sqft - 1808 sqft - Pool 

This home is on a quiet street with no through traffic.  Great for a family.  Located in a great location with good schools and close to many restaurants and stores.  Neighborhood has a large community pool with tennis courts, playgrounds, daycare, and soccer field.

INVESTORS, this home needs a little cosmetic work on the outside and maybe some fresh paint.  There are no signs of a roof leak.  On the inside the tile floors are in good condition and the kitchen is in working order.  A good cleaning, paint, and some touch ups will go a long way.  The pool may or may not need some work, but it should be given some attention.  The AC is not currently working.
