@Ariel Cohen I hesitated mostly because its truly a huge project. When I finally made up my mind someone else had contracted the listing. Lesson learnt.

Well said @Manolo D. Its not good to judge because you don't know the resources available at one's disposal or ability to acquire resources for that matter. As in Rich Dad Poor Dad its not "I can't afford" but "how could I afford". There's 20 year olds getting qualified for fianacing and I believe I could as well.
