Well said @Manolo D. Its not good to judge because you don't know the resources available at one's disposal or ability to acquire resources for that matter. As in Rich Dad Poor Dad its not "I can't afford" but "how could I afford". There's 20 year olds getting qualified for fianacing and I believe I could as well.

This is in bed- sty as well. Its a 3 floor 6 unit property. Has a great amount of work to be done. @Ariel Cohen
