Hello BP, I'm fairly new to real estate. Looking to start out flipping then eventually transition into buy and hold rental properties. As you can see I'm working out the Brooklyn area which could be very competitive market to start out in. Any input or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

@Joel Orford   Good to meet you.   You'll find this site to be a wealth of knowledge from many people of different experience levels.    You're right Brooklyn can be competitive but nothing is impossible.   I've watched many people go just getting started to dozens of deals.    You could partner with a local investor  and start learning the business by bringing them deals (bird dogging etc).       If you're looking to meet other people locally we should connect.   I organize a meetup for Brooklyn / Queens users.
