Hi Jason!

I'm new as well! What I'm doing is using the " Investing in Real Estate" guide from Bigger Pockets! I've located motivated seller leads,  which disclose actual owners, discovered info on purchasing techniques and now I need to discover who my wholesaling audience is  for quick profits!

Because I'm literally getting started wholesaling as we speak, I was worried about experience when acquiring motivated sellers. I'm also looking cash buyers as well.
